About LuLo Spanish Restaurant & Tapas Bar: Hawthorn, Melbourne

After travelling to South America & Spain, Matt Waldron (Owner/Head Chef) discovered a passion for the Spanish World and its culture of family gatherings, spanish recipes that have been passed over generations and now their modern cuisine. Matt understood that Latin American food is similar yet different to Spanish with both Cultures exchanging ingredients which have greatly enriched each others cuisine.

Dinning at LULO you will find tapas dishes that encapsulate the tradition with a contemporary twist on flavours. The emphasis is on small style plates (Tapas) and medium size plates to share between two. A variety of fresh and imported ingredients, presentation, and the concept of a Tapas Bar in the Inner-Eastern Suburbs has made a difference.
